We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as the Senior Digital Marketing Strategist (Administrative Analyst/Specialist-Exempt II). Reporting to and under the general direction of the Director of Marketing and Communication, the Senior Digital Marketing Strategist provides technical expertise and is responsible for the creation and coordination of the college’s digital marketing strategies and initiatives, with a specific focus on overseeing paid search and paid social initiatives, as well as organic site optimization strategies, utilizing a data-centric approach to track and improve results. This position builds and enhances the reputation and engagement with key college constituents including prospective and current students, alumni, community partners, the business community and business schools around the nation. The Senior Digital Marketing Strategist also creates content and multimedia that showcases the college.

Develops and executes comprehensive digital marketing strategies, with a specific emphasis on paid search and paid social initiatives, to drive student enrollment, enhance brand visibility, and align with the institution's overall marketing goals. Evaluates and assesses data and analytic needs for marketing campaigns and website usage. Generates complex reports, analyzes results, and provides recommendations for targeted campaigns. Creates content and multimedia that showcases the college. Assists in the maintenance the college web pages to include content and design. Provides technical expertise and functional leadership to academic departments, centers, and other internal stakeholders to align collateral and digital marketing efforts with institutional objectives. Other duties as assigned.
