Summary of Position | The Senior Programmer Analyst is responsible for the system and data design and technical implementation of Enterprise Advancement IT’s portfolio of applications and data solutions. Through expert level knowledge and applied experiences, this position will be responsible for translating overall business strategy and requirements into evolving systems which support the long-term growth of EAIT’s ecosystem of technology solutions. As a lead systems architect for the Advancement function, this position is responsible for ensuring the various components and modules of EAIT’s portfolio interact together in a way which meet both today’s business needs and provides scalable opportunities for the growth of the enterprise. The position will select, design, and implement creative solutions for requirements from business functions using a variety of programming languages, data architecture strategies and/or other technical solutions. This position will analyze requirements for data exchange between EAIT solutions and other USNH systems. The position will serve as technical lead for EAIT and mentor junior level staff in programming techniques and standards |

Additional Preferred Qualifications | Experience with web development languages such as JavaScript and/or ASP.NET. Experience with Blackbaud CRM SDK development. Exemplary analytical and communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing. Experience in Advancement/Development strongly preferred but not required. |
