Job Summary
Leading a small custodial team in cleaning a high-volume University dining court. Train new employees, monitor team members for quality, quantity, and consistency of work. Provide feedback to supervisor on progress and evaluation of team members. Plan daily routine and coordinate cleaning projects. Respond to customer needs and requests. Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed. Respond to building emergencies and urgent issues with limited supervision relying on experience and knowledge of established practices and procedures. Communicate issues to supervisor as needed. This position requires organizational skills, leadership, written and verbal communication, and decision-making ability.
Education
No formal education required. High school diploma/GED preferred.
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience.
