This is a .15 FTE part-time position

The National Mental Health Innovation Center (NMHIC) aims to find, develop, and put into practice technology to prevent, treat, and change the way people think about mental illness. These efforts include developing a network of community and campus partners, leading the implementation of mental health technology called the Tech Innovation Network (TIN). This Part-time, Senior Instructor position is responsible for research on companies and products and ensuring the information collected is managed and documented into the Digital Assessmnet Repository (DAR) database. They will identify/prioritize companies and products to assess and will coordinate and participate in meetings with high-level leaders of these companies, securing products for demo purposes, and assessing the quality of applicable research. The Senior Instructor will also supervise the work of NMHIC staff/interns entering information into the DAR, ensuring that the database maps directly to in-development digital standards. This position will lead the development of future database versions. As a team member at NMHIC, they will be an integral member of a fast-paced, team-oriented, creative, open office, start-up environment. Due to COVID-19, we are currently working remote until August 2021.

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for research on companies and products and ensuring the information collected is managed and documented into the Digital Assessmnet Repository (DAR) database.
- Identify/prioritize companies and products to assess and will coordinate and participate in meetings with high-level leaders of these companies, securing products for demo purposes, and assessing the quality of applicable research.
- Supervise the work of NMHIC staff/interns entering information into the DAR, ensuring that the database maps directly to in-development digital standards.
- Lead the research and development of future database versions.
- Provide supervision, education, and guidance to graduate students, residents, and interns.
- Prepare reports/summaries of companies and tech products for NMHIC leadership and external partners as requested

Salary and Benefits:
The salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established at: $13,500 - 15,000 for .15 FTE.
The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training.
The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- MD, MD/PhD, PhD, DO, or international equivalent terminal degree
- At least two years of demonstrated experience and success leading project coordination and sustaining positive working relationships with varied stakeholders.
- At least two years of experience in mental healthcare, including interest in or experience with technology used within mental health settings
- Two years of relevant experience in a research environment, including experience in data collection and statistical analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with or knowledge of the tech industry generally or related to digital product development and implementation.
- Experience with new and emerging technology.
- Experience in working with a multi-disciplinary team.
- Demonstrated success in collaborating with diverse constituencies.
- Ability to work effectively with and promote diverse populations.
- Ability to cultivate and advocate for an environment of diversity, equity and inclusion based on the position's responsibilities.
