What You Will Achieve

Join us as a Senior Associate Scientist for this exciting opportunity in the Biomeasures LCMS group in Pfizer Andover applying protein LCMS bioanalysis to transformative mRNA/LNP and biotherapeutics projects. You will contribute to the development of protein bioanalytical mass spectrometry assays to measure concentrations of targets of biotherapeutics in a variety of biological matrices as well as transgene protein expression from mRNA-LNP therapies. This is an opportunity to leverage your expertise in sample preparation and enrichment techniques including antibody-free or immunoaffinity methods in conjunction with LCMS-based detection. The measured parameters from preclinical studies or human specimens are input parameters to mechanistic models supporting target evaluation, dose, or efficacy projections. You will join a state-of-the-art laboratory with deep expertise in protein quantification by mass spectrometry and bring emerging bioanalytical expertise, ideally some background in protein biochemistry, expertise in triple quadrupole or high resolution quantitative mass spectrometry. You will work in project teams and interacts with modelling & simulation experts, project leads, biologists, and protein engineers.
