As the Senior Associate Program Director with the Mays Business School’s Career Management Center(CMC) your experience and creativity will help you lead and manage the creation and delivery of impactful well-structured career development education programs/events and deliver transformational career coaching for Mays MBAs, and master’s students. Your efforts will help prepare students for future employment and long-term career success. Your outgoing spirit will be engaged as you serve as an ambassador for and promote Mays’ MBA and master’s programs with corporate partners and former students to identify and create employment opportunities and enhance the reputation of Mays Business School and Mays graduate programs.

As a strong collaborator, your leadership and administration experience will be critical in your role supporting the CMC Executive Director in guiding the development of a leading-edge Career Management Center. We will create innovative curriculum and student engagement strategies, oversee data collections, analysis and reporting while working across functional and organizational boundaries in support of Mays’ graduate students, Mays Business School, and Texas A&M University,

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business, STEM or other related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Nine years of progressively responsible experience in business management or administration, with a minimum of five years of experience in corporate recruiting, corporate learning & development, business school career management or professional development coaching or training.

  • The well-qualified candidate will have an MBA, master’s, or advanced degree in a relevant field as well as corporate/business experience in related functional and leadership areas and with experience in professional or graduate-level career development functions.
