Job Description Reporting to the Director of Advancement Communications & Marketing, the Senior Associate Director of Marketing Project Management is a leader in Advancement responsible for managing project workload, strategy, and delivery. As the expert on process, project pipeline, project onboarding, and workload distribution, the Senior Associate Director ensures all project deliverables are completed on-time, on-budget, and appropriately map to the strategic priorities of each internal client, University Advancement, and Boston College. The person in this role leads a team that facilitates these aspects of the Communications and Marketing team's operations. It is expected that this individual will play an active and critical role managing most of the Division's key initiatives, fundraising campaigns, and events.
Full-Time Equivalent Hiring Range: $90,100 to $112,650; salary commensurate with relevant experience. Requirements
