The Dean of Students Office at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania is seeking a Senior Associate Dean of Students for Student Support, Leadership and Retention Initiatives (Job# S180A-21-037). Reporting directly to the Dean of Students, the Senior Associate Dean of Students for Student Support, Leadership and Retention Initiatives will develop, implement and manage a comprehensive array of programs designed to identify and address issues that could impede student success and retention, including, but not limited to, adjustment issues, mental health issues, issues of trauma, bias incidents, crises and/or emergency situations, harassment and/or intimidation, academic and/or classroom issues, disruption to the community, and/or issues of personal safety and/or the safety of others.
