Semi-Skilled Laborer

The temporary semi-skilled laborers for the Clarion Campus will assist primarily with grounds maintenance needs through August 23, 2019. Other duties may be assigned in the maintenance area assisting the full time maintenance staff as needed.

Review of applicants will begin immediately and continue until the positions are filled.

Applicants must have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; reach, bend squat and kneel on a recurring basis throughout the day; must be able to operate push mowers, trimmers, hedge trimmers and other manual hand held equipment.

Prior experience in professional grounds keeping and/or landscaping is preferred.

Applicants must complete a successful on campus interview. Prior to employment the successful candidate will be required to obtain and submit current clearances from the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services, Pennsylvania State Police and the FBI.
