Job Description
ECU Department of Mathematics is currently seeking  Office Assistants. These students will be the first ones to greet people coming into the Math Office. This students must be upbeat and personable.
Duties will include:
-Completing all copy requests that are given by instructors in a timely manner
-Answering incoming calls and transferring the calls to the correct individual
-Running errands for the admin staff
-Sorting mail daily
-Assisting the Math Administrative Staff with basic office work
Hours for the student workers will depend on their school schedule and will not be any more than 25 hours a week. This is a Monday – Friday position.
Preferred (Majors, Experience, GPA, etc.)
Special Instructions to Applicant
This position is for a student who can start towards the end of the Spring 2024
semester and go right into the Summer 2024 semester. Hopes are to have the
student also stay for Fall 2024.
