The Hahn laboratory in the Department of Medical Oncology is seeking applicants for the position of Scientist II. This individual will work with Dr. Hahn to oversee specific projects. The successful candidate will have a leading role within a team of scientists and research associates. Individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit that are interested to transition into industry are particularly encouraged to apply.

  • Oversee and perform experiments??
  • Manage relationships with contract research organizations
  • Help with the identification of lead candidates by literature evaluation and expression analysis
  • Help with the design and implementation of studies
  • Work as part of the scientific team to implement experimental plans and help were needed
  • Mentor junior team members

??? PhD in Molecular and Cellular Biology or related field with 2+ years post-graduate experience
??? Proficiency in basic molecular biology and biochemistry techniques
??? Collaborative, team-oriented work ethic
