Normal Work Schedule: Sunday:12:00pm-6:00pm; Monday-Friday: 10:00am-7:00pm; Saturday: 9:00am-7:00pm

Job Summary: The Sales Associate is responsible for a variety of duties.

Duties:

- Delivers exceptional customer service through personal contact with customers

- Smile and Greet all Customers

- Interacts with and assists customers

- Answers the telephone and rings on register

- Carry yourself in a professional manner at all times

- Inflate Balloons

- Processes balloon orders

- Assists in receiving and stocking procedure

- Unloads merchandise from trucks

- Checks in shipments

- Stages merchandise for the sales floor

- Packs out merchandise

- Top and down stocks merchandise

- Assists in merchandising procedures

- Responsible for maintaining assigned sections in store as determined by the General Manager

- Sets and maintains plan-o-grams

- Flexes and fills seasonal aisles

- Ensures proper labeling and signing

- Executes corporate directed price changes and clearance markdowns

- Assists in ensuring data integrity

- Assists with seasonal packaway

- Performs other duties as needed

Required Minimum Qualifications: Any retail experience and must be able to work weekends. Must be able to lift at least 15 lbs

Preferred Qualifications: Prior Retail Experience
