| Description of Job Duties and Responsibilities | This position will involve the production distribution and evaluation of any and all communications from 45 RSOs Greek Life Student Activities SGA Housing and Residence Life Intramurals and Club Sports. This includes but is not limited to graphic advertisements (posters flyers door hangers tri-folds table tents etc.) on-line identity on both the Fairmont State University site as well any available social media communication letters and e-mails newsletters and advertisement coordinated through various RSOs. Primarily these communications will address needs presented by student organizations Student Activates Coordinator and central office staff Additionally this position will anticipate students’ needs such as in understanding policies or services available to them assess the effectiveness of advertising methods and aid any creative communication methods as well as additional duties as warranted. |
