  • Robotics Center Calendar integrated with Campus Events
  • Secure meal vouchers for events
  • Schedule campus tours for robotic events
  • Other duties as assigned

Robotics Pre-college Camps
  • Prepare dates, camp descriptions, fees for Slate entry
  • Track camp supply needs
  • Secure dormitory rooms
  • Secure meal vouchers
  • Schedule activity providers
  • Schedule campus tours
  • Schedule admissions presentations
  • Prepare RA’s and camp assistants
  • Secure and print consent & release forms
  • Other duties as assigned

Robotic Event/Competition Support
  • Secure needed volunteers
  • Branded Kettering and sponsor signage is set up
  • Opening ceremony includes sponsor videos, bios, etc.
  • Secure hotel rooms for approved key volunteers
  • Operate registration and recruitment tables
  • Volunteer snacks, beverages, snack and meal vouchers, and coupons distributed
  • Secure coffee and food trucks
  • Assist with event set up and tear down
  • Other duties as assigned

Judge Advisor Role for Competitions
  • Complete Judge Advisor training for VEX & RECF
  • Assemble volunteer judges
  • Hold virtual meeting for volunteer judges to review judging process
  • Coordinate and operate remote judging of team notebooks
  • Coordinate and operate in-person judging interviews and deliberations at the event
  • Lead the awards presentation at events
  • Other duties as assigned
