UW Neighborhood Clinics (UWNC) is a network of community-based clinics throughout the Puget Sound region. The clinics offer a wide spectrum of primary care services, as well as secondary care, from pediatrics to geriatrics. Urgent care services are offered seven days a week at select locations. The clinics are consistently recognized for high quality standards by the Accreditation Association of Ambulatory Health Care and the National Committee for Quality Assurance Patient-Centered Medical Home Program.

UWNC - RAVENNA CLINIC has an outstanding opportunity for a full-time (100%, 40 hours per week), day shift, RN CARE MANAGER (job profile: Registered Nurse 2). Our Shoreline Clinic offers primary care appointments six days a week, and our board-certified providers offer a complete spectrum of primary care services, including family medicine with obstetrics, internal medicine, pediatrics, behavioral health, gynecology, travel medicine, nutrition services, optometry, aesthetic medicine and sleep medicine. Our Shoreline Clinic has been awarded recognition by the National Committee for Quality Assurance Patient-Centered Medical Home Program and our clinic providers speak a variety of languages, including Hindi and Gujarati. The RN Care Manager will work 40 hours per week, day shift only.
