What will you be doing in this role?
The Compliance and Revenue Integrity Analyst is responsible for maintaining and assessing the Patient Financial Services (PFS) billing compliance program. This individual performs audits and reviews of PFS and Reimbursement activities to ensure compliance with governmental and payor rules and regulations. The Compliance Analyst develops the PFS and reimbursement compliance training program, and conducts compliance training and education sessions. The Analyst provides oversight of all compliance activities performs audits and statistical analyses of PFS and Reimbursement operations and provides feedback to management staff and the Corporate Integrity Committee. This individual develops procedural changes to ensure compliance with billing and reimbursement regulatory requirements. The Compliance Analyst is the coordinator for the GAP Task Force and the GAP Committee.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or similar major.
- 5 years of hospital compliance or medical billing experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Medicare hospital billing rules and regulations highly preferred.
