Founded in 1905, the USC School of Pharmacy has played a key leadership role in both the advancement of the field of pharmacy and in the education of new generations of pharmacists, and remains one of the nation’s foremost schools of pharmacy today.

The USC School of Pharmacy is accepting applications for a Retail Assistant to provide professional, knowledgeable, and courteous customer service to patients in person and via telephone.

Responsibilities will include: retail register functions, including OTC sales, credit cards transactions and collection of copays, and preparation of packages for shipment or delivery. In addition, the retail assistant will also be responsible for document filing, reconciliation of daily deposits, answering phones, calling patients and provider offices and assisting pharmacy staff at the direction of the pharmacy director.

Preferred Experience: RX30 Pharmacy Software, QuickBooks helpful.

Hours may vary.

Occasional Saturday assignments.


Minimum Education: High school or equivalent Minimum Experience: 2 years Minimum Field of Expertise: Retail pharmacy office and counter experience.
