The USC Mann School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, Medical Plaza Pharmacy is accepting applications for a Retail assistant to provide professional, knowledgeable, and courteous customer service. The Retail Assistant will act as the primary clerk and prepare packages for shipment or delivery for the USC Medical Plaza Pharmacy. In addition, the Retail Assistant will also be responsible for document filing, reconciliation of daily deposits, and assist pharmacy staff at the direction of the pharmacy director.
Preferred Experience: RX30 Pharmacy Software, QuickBooks helpful.
Hours may vary.
Occasional Saturday assignments.
Union Position
The hourly rate range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00. When extending an offer of employment, the University of Southern California considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, federal, state, and local laws, contractual stipulations, grant funding, as well as external market and organizational considerations.
Minimum Education: High school or equivalent Minimum Experience: 2 years Minimum Field of Expertise: Retail pharmacy office and counter experience.
