Bachelor's degree and two years of related experience.  An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for the requirements noted.  Grade ND1 Salary will commensurate with education and experience.

Master's degree

Position Description

Campus Housing is seeking enthusiastic professionals dedicated to student success to serve as  Hall Directors. A full time, 12-month position, Hall Directors are responsible for management of a residence hall consisting of 300-450 residents.  As a live-in staff member Hall Directors assist in selection and training of student staff, manage the desk operations and supervise 6-11 Resident Assistants.  Each Hall Director collaborate with a Living Learning Communities to foster greater learning outside the classroom.  Hall Directors  process all disciplinary action within the residence hall, serve in an on-call staff rotation, and  crisis management capacity.
