Position Summary
Must have extensive experience with culture and the genetic manipulation of mammalian cells, including mouse ES cells. Must also have extensive experience in recombinant DNA technology (contruction of plasmids, site-directed mutagensis, PCR as well as DNA and RNA isolation) and biochemistry (SDS-PAGE, western blots, EMSA and cell fractionation).
