The interdisciplinary lab of Dr. Peixuan Guo at The Ohio State University seeks a Researcher with experience in one of the following fields:  organic chemistry, molecular biology, cellular biology, murine cancer models, human cell culture, biotechnology, biochemistry, protein/RNA structural computation, RNA nanotechnology, or nucleic acids chemistry. The goal is to transform basic science research in RNA nanotechnology and extracellular vesicles or biological Motors through innovative approaches to disease treatment and diagnostics, creating the next generation scientific workforce.

Required Qualifications: Master's degree and/or equivalent experience required along with minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience. Strong oral and written communication skills as well as organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and have strong interpersonal and teamwork skills and to be flexible to changing priorities. Experienced in lab work. 

Desired qualifications: A PhD in life sciences or chemistry. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.


Additional Information:

The pay range for this job profile is $53,800 - $71,700. The offer for this position will fall within this range based on internal equity, unit's available budget, and the candidate's qualifications.
