The University of Minnesota School of Dentistry is recruiting a short-term lab technician to support one of our investigators on their NIH grant.
- This position will end on February 28, 2024 when the grant funding ends.
- The pay rate for this position is $45,000-$50,000 per year. This position’s pay rate will be prorated to the length of time in the position.
- This position will work fully on-site at the University of Minnesota’s East Bank campus in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
The lab technician will conduct research studies in the research focus areas of the lab. Specifically:
- Conducting immunological assays, molecular biology techniques, cell imaging techniques, experiments with animals and cell culture.
- Collecting and analyzing data, including keeping concise records of experiments.
- Collaborating on research projects with the lab group as well as other lab groups.
All required qualifications must be documented on application materials
Required qualifications:
- BA/BS or a combination of related education and work experience to equal four years.
