Position Highlights This position is for a project coordinator of two federally funded projects. The first project is a mobile sensing study. The position requires the recruitment and onboarding of research participants into a long-term (6 months) research study and monitor the incoming data (for accrual and quality). The study collects psychophysiological signals (from a smartwatch), behavioral data such as step counts and location data (from a smartphone sensing app), and mobile videogame performance (from a research gaming app). Responsibilities further include contacting participants who are having difficulties with the study (e.g., dead sensors), managing participant compensation, and fielding questions from participants. The second project requires the preparation, cleaning, and management of data from two speech tasks as part of a larger grant on healthy aging (the Precision Aging Network). Opportunities to support and help with the data analysis for this project exist. In both projects, the project coordinator works closely with an interdisciplinary team of psychologists, engineers, physicians, and computer scientists. Duties & Responsibilities

 Project 1 data collection (i.e. recruiting and running participants)

Project 1 data management (daily data monitoring, participant payment, and data quality check)

Project 2 data preparation and cleaning

Project 2 support of and help with data analysis

Other administrative and research tasks related to the project (incl. attend meetings, communicate with team members, report preparation, help with literature search, etc.)

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent learning attained through experience required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
