Position Summary:
The Research Technician I position will support the research program of Professor Dr. Jae Lee in the Department of Biological Sciences . Projects will focus on discovery of key genes or factors pertaining to neurodevelopmental processes.
Investigation and examination tasks within the predetermined research scope or methodology may include:
- Engagement in research activities
- Evaluation of theories and principles
- Performing technical tasks associated with research activity.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Professional knowledge/education of the disciplinary field and the ability to relate knowledge to various phenomena under study.
- Requires education in a specific field and at least one year of experience directly related to the research or the program.
- Requires fundamental knowledge of scientific, medical or other disciplinary terminology and associated mathematical competence.
- Proven ability to apply the theory, concepts and principles in the field of study or discipline.
