Responsibilities*

Research duties: Mouse colony management and surgical prep, execution of various laboratory techniques: tissue processing, tissue culture, microscopy, Western blotting, PCR, qPCR, DNA cloning, and cell fluorescence microscopy.

Data collection, analysis, and writing: Data collection, analysis, and writing: Maintain a laboratory notebook documenting research results, generate and analyze experimental results and reports, assist assembling experimental figures. 


Required Qualifications*

High school diploma or Associates degree and 1 year of experience. 


Desired Qualifications*

Bachelor's degree in a life science discipline and 1-2 years of relevant research experience in a research lab is preferred. Experience with tissue culture techniques, fluorescence microscopy, and
standard molecular biology techniques (e.g. PCR, recombinant DNA cloning, etc.) is also preferred.


Background Screening
