Position Description


Advertised Job Summary
The hired candidate will work with a team to coordinate research operations of the Early Social Development Lab in the department of Psychology. Responsibilities will include: participant recruitment, data collection and administration of experimental procedures (electrocardiogram, eye tracking, and behavioral measures), administration of infant and toddler behavioral assessments, electrocardiogram and eye tracking data post-processing, data entry, data analysis, and dissemination of research findings.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree and 1 or more years of experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of certification, training, education, and/or experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Biology, or related field.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, and work independently. May have knowledge in equipment, data analysis, professional clinical processes, or other specific areas related to the field of research. Ability to present information effectively. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others. Knowledge of environmental and nutritional requirements for laboratory animals.
