Job Summary
A postdoctoral position in the NanoBioengineering Laboratory at the University of Texas at Dallas is currently available. The postdoctoral researcher will be responsible for the research and development of nanomaterials for brain modulation and imaging.
Minimum Education and Experience
- Master’s degree in field directly related to research – Two (2) years of experience/expertise performing research relating to a specified field of study – Or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience totaling at least eight years.
Preferred Education and Experience
Candidates applying for the position should have a PhD in mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering, materials science, chemistry, physics, or related areas.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct experiments using advanced equipment and applying complex techniques, methods and procedures; plan and perform quantitative and qualitative research procedures; plan and execute the details of experiments according to research protocol; other duties as assigned.
