The Hingtgen Lab is looking to recruit a highly motivated Research Associate to join the Translational Cellular Therapeutics and Imaging Lab. Our work focuses on improving the therapeutic management of highly malignant brain tumors by developing novel mechanism-based therapies delivered via engineered stem cells and other delivery platforms. Central to this research is the integration of non-invasive bioimaging to provide real-time single-cell resolution and quantitative whole-animal information that is combined with extensive molecular mechanistic analysis to determine therapeutic potential. Please see Nat Commun. 2016 Feb 2;7:10593, Biomaterials. 2016 Jun;90:116-25, and Biomaterials. 2016 Apr;84:42-53 for examples of our work.
