The Department of Psychology at the University of Houston seeks to hire a Research Scientist to implement research procedures within a school district for a funded grant project. UH is a Carnegie-Designated Tier One Public Research University. The successful applicant will be asked to participate in intervention and assessment activities, coordinate with members of the research team and interact with school district research partners to further research goals. Applicants should have a degree in Special Education or a related field. Experience delivering reading interventions in high poverty settings and administering psychoeducational assessments is preferred. This position is for one year, with the possibility of renewal.

Qualifications
:
Degree in Special Education or a related field. Masters preferred.
Experience delivering reading interventions in high poverty settings and administering psychoeducational assessments is preferred.
