Job Summary
This position is responsible for overall management of a research section within the Kentucky Transportation Center, including, proposal preparation, budget development and monitoring, data collection and analysis, client development and relationships and personnel management.
IEBC (Internal Employee Being Considered).

Preferred Education/Experience
MASTER’S + 8 YEARS OR EXPERIENCE OR PhD + 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE. Driver’s license preferred.
