Shift
Day shift, Monday through Friday (7:00am – 3:30pm, 7:30am – 4:00pm or 8:00am – 4:30pm). Remote choice of one shift.
Job Summary
The Research Revenue Analyst will be responsible for completing the daily operations of transplant billing and follow-up. This will be completed by providing workflow management, assessing organizational structure, processes and tools, and work productivity and standards. Individual will also be responsible for working side by side with the supervisor to complete billing and follow-up functions and be hands on with resolution of any inventory opportunities. This position will be a communication liaison for clinical department leadership and promote Patient Financial Services initiatives for both Physician and Hospital Billing Offices. The analyst will also be responsible for escalating trends and opportunities or aged concerns that need additional levels of leadership review and escalation.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Previous leadership/management Experience, Transplant Billing, Microsoft Excel, Revenue Cycle .
