Position Overview

Coordinates research team activities for Project ENHANCE per approved project procedures. Monitors grant performance, assists with data collection, entry and reliability, and assists with development and implementation of IRB protocols. Participates in the development and testing of ENHANCED Ci3T Professional learning materials (e.g., implementation and assessment resources. Ensures quality of intervention and integrity of protocols to meet project goals and timelines. May co-author scientific papers for presentation and publication. Trains new employees, delegates project tasks, and may supervise other employees.

This position will be a hybrid of on-site work and telework as deemed by PI.

Job Description

30% Data management, including developing and maintaining databases to facilitate effective program evaluation processes and support annual tracking and reporting requirements funding sources. Maintain knowledge of IRB requirements and collaborate with KU IRB office to adhere to project protocols.
30% Leading Ci3T professional learning and coaching activities with district partners at Ci3T hosted professional learning events as well as district and Ci3T Leadership Team meetings at schools.
15% Designing, testing, and disseminating professional learning products, activities, and resources, and dissemination materials (e.g., infographics, practice briefs,, videos, and other media and web-based resources) for Ci3T website, social media platforms, and on-demand as needed to meet district partner requests.
15% Tracking, communicating, and delegating project activities in project tracking sheets and coordinate development of study protocols to meet project goals and deadlines. Organize study activities such as: recruiting/managing participants, tracking study activities and timelines, and monitoring data collection activities.  Communicate regular project updates and monitor grant resource allocation. Assist in the development of project reports through writing, proofreading, and document lay-out.  Coordinating communication between investigators at the six participating universities and multiple districts.
10% Support additional project activities as needed, such as scheduling meetings using Outlook, typing meeting notes, making copies, scanning documents, etc.

Position Requirements

This position will be a hybrid of on-site work and telework as deemed by PI.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a field related to discipline and one year of experience, OR high school diploma and four years of related experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with data entry and reliability procedures as evidenced by application materials.
  • Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office Suite as evidenced by application materials.
  • Demonstrated experience with grant project coordinating as evidenced by application materials.
  • Completed CiTi training or complete this training within 2 weeks of employment.
  • Demonstrated experience in collaborating, incorporating feedback, and communicating well with others in a fast‐paced work environment as evidenced by application materials.

  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in field related to discipline.
  • Knowledge of Ci3T tiered models as evidenced by application materials.
  • Knowledge of systematic screening as evidenced by application materials.
  • Experience with coordinating professional learning offerings as evidenced by application materials.
  • Experience coaching school leadership teams as evidenced by application materials.
  • Design experience as evidenced by application materials.
