We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Research Programmer with experience in deep learning, feature extraction/texture analysis and imaging analysis. Ideally, the candidate should have prior experience in quantitative imaging in the medical field.
Masters, MD, or PhD required in associated scientific discipline such as engineering, computer science, data science, mathematics, medicine, or other related field. Preferred if candidate is able to design and implement algorithms using the deep learning method and texture analysis; experience in pattern recognition/imaging analysis, network analysis; data integration, data mining, NGS data integration and analysis (mutations, structural variations, and expression). Candidates with equivalent experience (9 yrs+) in lieu of an advanced degree may be considered.
