Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Conduct human immunology experiments, analyze data, and help manage biobanking and clinical data entry in collaboration with the Clinical Coordinator.
- Human experiments will include tissue cell isolation, multiparameter flow cytometry, and cell sorting.
- Conduct molecular biology and genomic experiments (library preparation, single-cell RNA sequencing, ChIP-sequencing, etc.).
- Guide data collection and analysis as well as contribute to patient database management in collaboration with Clinical Coordinators.
- Write reports and protocols, and participate in drafting articles and manuscripts.
- Perform lab management duties that include helping with ordering, ensuing the functioning of the equipment and laboratory.
- Participate in translational studies.
- Will perform cellular, flow cytometry and molecular biology experiments on human samples.
- Will participate in the analysis of data.
- Serves as a resource for collecting data and performing analysis. Contributes to facilitating and promoting a research project by providing scientific or intellectual information.
- Leads the contributions to scientific writing and publications, including protocols and grants.
- Performs other related work as needed.
