Job Summary
Responsibilities
Greet IPPH guests.
Work collaboratively with the administrative team on implementing and sustaining day to day operational activities.
Supporting supply and inventory documentation, through the management of a centralized repository for IPPH office, research and clinical research supplies.
Assist with the oversight of funds/budget line items allocated for IPPH supplies.
Making and answering phone calls, ordering supplies.
Assisting with the preparation for events in the community and overall participant recruitment activities.
Mail packages, letters items and other operational tasks for IPPH faculty and staff to support the institutional operation.
Support the ad-hoc operational needs of IPPH Research Assistants and Research Coordinators in DCAM and other clinic locations.
Provides technical and administrative support for a research project.
Collects and enters data. Assists in analyzing data. Assists with preparation of reports, manuscripts and other documents.
Assists with the installation, sets up and performs experiments; interacting with students and other laboratory staff under the direction of the principal investigator.
May assist recruiting and scheduling research subjects; assisting with developing or amending study protocols; assisting with developing data collection tools; assisting with building databases; and providing general administrative support. Is developing skills in research techniques or methods, regulatory policies and procedures, and relevant scientific field.
Performs other related work as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
Minimum requirements include vocational training, apprenticeships or the equivalent experience in related field (not typically required to have a four-year degree).---

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite application, specifically Outlook and Excel.
