Research Mechanical Technician

The primary function of this position is to support various research projects on the development of experimental setup, mechanical design, and mechanical fixtures from the ground up.

High school diploma.
At least 1 year of mechanical setup and design experience.
effective written and verbal communication skills.
Due to requirements of our research contracts with the U.S. federal government, candidates for this position must be a U.S. Citizen.

While not everyone may possess all of the preferred qualifications, the ideal candidate will bring many of the following:

Associates degree.
Mechanical and logistic supply management experience or related.
Experience in 3D CAD and 3D printing are plus.
experience working with socially and culturally diverse communities.
