Summary

The Lyssiotis Lab is interested in the role of metabolism in cancer. To study metabolism, we use mass spectrometry-based metabolomics.

We are seeking candidates who can work on an independent research track, but who also possess the social skill set to work under the direction of others and as a team when necessary.

Our mission directly aligns with the University of Michigan's commitment to making work environments inclusive and respectful.  We expect all members of our team to embody these qualities as representatives of our lab.

Mission Statement

The mission of the University of Michigan is to serve the people of Michigan and the world through preeminence in creating, communicating, preserving and applying knowledge, art, and academic values, and in developing leaders and citizens who will challenge the present and enrich the future.
