The Department of Oral Health Sciences at the School of Dentistry brings together faculty from different ends of the dental and oral health research spectrum into a single department that has expertise ranging from the modern experimental life sciences through the public health and behavioral and social sciences. OHS faculty teach in the pre-doctoral dental curriculum and offer the School of Dentistry’s only MS/PhD graduate degree program. The graduate program also offers a DDS-PhD dual degree track as well as an MS degree track for dental hygienists. Oral Health Sciences is committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive environment.

The Research Coordinator will help coordinate the activities of several funded projects, at the initial stages of study launch, data collection, data analyses, and dissemination of findings. There are also administrative tasks in the lab including assistance with grant application preparation; maintenance of websites and social media; management of lab meetings, supplies and equipment, and functions; and coordination of volunteer staff.
