Summary

Director is looking for a Coordinator that can support the daily operations of the Child Psychiatry Access Network (CPAN) and Perinatal Psychiatry Access Network (PeriPAN) that is part of the state's Texas Child Mental Health Care Consortium. This position will support in daily admin operations, and largely in outreach operations, planning, coordinating and execution. All for the growth, development, and implementation of CPAN and PeriPAN in the Houston region. 


Job Duties
  • Planning and coordinating outreach visits to pediatric physicians in the region.
  • Building relationships with providers in the community.
  • Participating in regional conferences and community events.
  • Responsible for managing outreach materials and inventory.
  • Keeping reports on outreach initiative.  
  • Supports daily operations for BCM CPAN and PeriPAN by creating daily schedules, tracking and evaluating CPAN data, updating social pages, arranging meetings for providers, and maintaining data information. 
  • Coordinations of BCM Continuing Medical Education (CMEs) for regional cohort.
  • Collects and tracks data defined by the state that can include, percentages of PCP's enrolled in region, patient and provider satisfaction, percentage of phone calls answered, percentages of consultative requests responded within time frame, documentation of outcomes, percentages of referrals, number of pediatric practices enrolled, and the outcomes from the calls. 
  • Submits data and reports to State Director for tracking measures. 
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field. Four years of related experience may substitute for degree requirement.
  • One year of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.  
  • Strong communications skills.
  • Marketing and business development background.
  • Experience recruiting physicians to participate in state programs.
