Bachelor’s degree in social science or related field .  A minimum of one year related research experience.  Knowledge of research concepts, practices and procedures. 

Best Candidate:

The current position will entail a variety of skills and tasks dealing with the collection, entry and cleaning of data in a large psychological research project. These tasks include following established research protocols to collect survey data, interviews, observations or other methods outlined in the research protocol for psychology and psychiatry mental health services research studies and the candidate may contribute to study protocol development. The candidate will be asked to process and analyze data for mental health services research studies, as well as preparing, organizing, and summarizing research and test results for presentations and reports, with opportunities to contribute to publications, grants, and presentations. As a staff member on a large psychological research study, job duties include coordinating the maintenance of data collection and analyses tools, completing documentation for regulatory agencies, and communicating with community partners. Finally, the candidate may be asked to perform other duties related to psychological research and participate in special projects as assigned.
