The Beckman Research Institute of City of Hope invites applications for a talented Research Associate II to join our dynamic research team. As a Research Associate II, you'll have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that contribute to the advancement of medical science and have a direct impact on patient outcomes.
As a successful candidate, you will:
· Conducting diverse laboratory experiments, troubleshooting procedures, recording and validating results, and analyzing data
· You will independently assess research data, suggest alternative approaches, and train lab staff in specialized procedures
· May contribute to manuscript preparation and ensure compliance with safety procedures for handling bio-hazardous materials
Your qualifications should include:
- Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences or related field, with 2 years of post-degree research experience, or 1 year with a Master's degree
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy in lab work, and robust record-keeping skills
