A Research Associate II position is available in the Immuno-Oncology Research Core. This is a fast-paced lab that drives cutting-edge, multi-modal immune phenotyping research, focused on both the evaluation of patient samples from clinical trials and the characterization of cell and gene therapy products. The ideal candidate may have varied experience in pathology, immunohistochemistry, tumor immunology, or data science.  This position is an opportunity to work with a team of immunologists, data scientists, pathologists, and medical oncologists. The research will offer significant exposure to the fields of spatial biology, image analysis, high parameter flow cytometry, and computational biology applications.

As a successful candidate you will:

·         Conduct multiplex immunohistochemistry staining of formalin fixed tissues

·         Image stain tissues with multispectral microscopy

·         Utilize software-based phenotyping and characterization of the tumor microenvironment

·         Create data summaries and presenting results to the research team

·         Facilitate routine laboratory maintenance and organization
