Our dynamic department stands at the forefront of cutting-edge medical research. As a Research Associate II, you will actively contribute to groundbreaking projects, employing high-throughput CRISPR genetic screening to unveil novel targets and utilizing single-cell technology for in-depth genome analysis in hematological malignancies. You will also engage in diverse activities, from scrutinizing leukemia evolution to pioneering novel immunotherapies. As a successful candidate you will:

·         Perform genotyping

·         Amplify plasmid

·         Procure reagents/supplies

·         Master mouse techniques such as transplantation, extraction of bone marrow cells, and antibody staining

·         Isolate Peripheral Blood/Bone marrow mononuclear cells (PBMC) from Human Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) or normal healthy samples and conduct Flow Cytometry for verification only for human specimens
