Our dynamic department stands at the forefront of cutting-edge medical research. As a Research Associate II, you will actively contribute to groundbreaking projects, employing high-throughput CRISPR genetic screening to unveil novel targets and utilizing single-cell technology for in-depth genome analysis in hematological malignancies. You will also engage in diverse activities, from scrutinizing leukemia evolution to pioneering novel immunotherapies. Join our collaborative lab environment, where innovation and excellence fuel our quest for healthcare advancements tailored to hematological malignancy patients.
As a successful candidate you will:
· Perform genotyping
· Amplify plasmid
· Procure reagents/supplies
· Master mouse techniques such as transplantation, extraction of bone marrow cells, and antibody staining
· Isolate Peripheral Blood/Bone marrow mononuclear cells (PBMC) from Human Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) or normal healthy samples and conduct Flow Cytometry for verification only for human specimens
