We are looking for a Research Associate/ Research Assistant to join our team, contributing to our research project by conducting WIN-Cati telephone and online survey interviews of opioid treatment provider programs, nationwide. Compensation : $20 hourly

Required Education and Experience:
Research Assistant:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
Research Associate:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, or related field
Two years’ of relevant professional experience
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others
Strong verbal communication skills
Preferred Experience:
Previous research experience, obtaining informed consent from human subjects
Experience administering telephone surveys in a research environment
Experience with specialized software and basic PC skills
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to read interview scripts, record responses on paper or onto a computer
Preferred Licenses and Certifications:
Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI Program) certification for colleges and universities
Completed Human Subjects training and HIPAA training
Responsibilities:
Participate in administering and reviewing surveys
Participate in data collection, management and calculations
Maintain a good working knowledge of all assigned protocols and reporting requirements
Safeguard confidentiality of subjects
Perform other duties as assigned
