The Sun group at the Department of Chemistry, University of Cincinnati, seeks a Research Associate to perform energy catalysis-related research projects. The ideal candidate should have a PhD degree in chemistry or closely related fields with rich experience in coordination chemistry, organometallic chemistry, electrochemistry, and photochemistry. The research associate will work under the supervision of Professor Yujie Sun.



  • Primary duties include the synthesis of designed complexes and materials.
  • Investigation of catalytic activities.
  • Analysis of experimental results.
  • Research presentation, and drafting of scientific manuscripts/reports.
