The Rutgers Child Advocacy Clinic (CAC) at Rutgers Law School in Newark, New Jersey and the Rutgers Immigrant Justice Clinic at Rutgers Law School in Camden, New Jersey are seeking to hire a Full-Time Staff Attorney to begin immediately. The Staff Attorney will be based in Newark, NJ and will provide immigration representation to children in northern New Jersey who are involved with the New Jersey Division of Child Protection and Permanency. This position is grant funded and contingent upon continued funding.

Qualifications


Minimum Education and Experience
JD, licensed to practice law in New Jersey or some other State, bilingual (English/Spanish)
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in family and/or immigration law and excellent oral and written communication skills.
