The Coulter Program Manager position provides leadership essential to the success of programs funded or managed by Biomedical Engineering Department (BME), Duke University. The Coulter Program Manager is expected to provide leadership on behalf of the programs and organization to ensure success of Duke University’s research endeavors. This position will work alongside the Biomedical Engineering Program Director to develop program and project objectives, methodology, and operational solutions that will meet scientific and strategic goals. The Coulter Program Manager will utilize best program and project management practices and knowledge of the scientific, technical, regulatory, and clinical requirements for successful translation of research projects to achieve program and project goals. This position is responsible for assuring that timelines, costs, and deliverables of programs and projects are well managed. This position will ensure that both programs and projects funded by the program are conducted in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and institutional standards. The Coulter Program Manager is responsible for program outreach and coordination.
