Job Summary:

Responsibilities include: data entry, administrative/clerical work, and maintaining good communication with the project manager. Ability to establish good rapport and positive presence over the phone is desired.
Technical skills are preferred as this position will require use of multiple computer programs, and phone recording equipment. analysis and data retrieval in collaboration with other research team members. Attendance is required at project meetings and other activities as needed. Compliance training and periodic training in data coding and procedures will be required as needed. This position will not interact directly with research participants. Conduct telephone surveys for a 100% federally funded study at UNC School of Nursing.
  
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
