This position is grant funded.
Responsibilities
Supporting recruitment, screening for eligibility, consenting community members.
Delivering assessments, interventions, controls.
Supporting data entry.
Compiling progress reports and documenting study procedures/methods.
Offering referrals to service programming when appropriate.
Conducting literature reviews and support manuscript and grant writing.
Prepares for or participate in quality assurance audits under supervision or following specific protocol procedures.
Participates in study-related documentation, such as protocol worksheets, procedural manuals, adverse event reports, institutional review board documents, or progress reports.
Perform other related work as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
Minimum requirements include vocational training, apprenticeships or the equivalent experience in related field (not typically required to have a four-year degree).---

Education:
Bachelor's degree.
Experience:
Experience working with and/or providing care to LGBQ/TGNC populations, Black and Latinx community members.
Experience working in research field.
Preferred Competencies
Strong organizational skills.
Qualitative and quantitative research skills – study recruitment and enrollment, interviewing, focus group facilitation, survey administration, etc.
Strong knowledge of human subjects research and Good Clinical Practices.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Flexible and creative problem solving skills.
Ability to manage stressful situations.
Ability to maintain community member confidentiality.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
Ability and/or willingness to conduct research activities in non-traditional settings (community venues).
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Applications, including but not limited to Outlook, MS Office, & Access.
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills and strong analytical skills.
