Research Assistant (temporary) - Molecular Oncology - Georgetown University Medical Center
Job Overview
The Research Assistant – in a temporary role - supports the maintenance of a smooth running of the lab in duties that include but are not limited to:
- Performs basic research and lab maintenance tasks
- Supports the upkeep of the lab
- Assists the generation of research materials needed for a number of federally funded research projects
Requirements and Qualifications
- Strong work ethics
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team, communicate effectively, and acquire new skills when needed
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualification
Wet lab experience
